Pros

Gained additional dispatch experience in the industry but that is all

Cons

Management let's you go for no reason on first day of maternity leave and pretends like you are still employed even over a month after he let you go. He had me visit with my baby multiple times and asked me to come back to work because he was swamped when he had already let me go and knew I didnt know. I didnt find out until my health insurance for my newborn wouldn't work.

Pros

None. Zero. No pros!!!! Nada

Cons

Where do I start? EVERYTHING about this company is completely horrible! From onboarding, "training," HR, benefits, workload, management and upper level management, disorganized/broken SOP's, to the termination and payout process. I had SO many issues in regards to pay, benefits, taxes and HR bounced me around and around because no one knew what they were doing. Everyone would give me different answers and it would take me emailing/calling multiple times to have something resolved. I would never, ever recommend working for XPO. The workload is completely unfair as I was doing the job of three employees and management acknowledged that but refused to get me help for almost an entire year. When ask to be compensated fairly for the amount of work I was doing, I was immediately shut down. However, when I put my letter of recognition in, management miraculously found a couple thousand dollars to offer me in order for me to stay. In addition, management broke ethic policies and when reported to SR level management, nothing was ever done about it! These experiences are just a few! I could write an entire book about how horrible this company is!!
