Pros

Friendly professional atmosphere with fairly well maintained modern equipment. Freightliners and Stirlings. High competitive pay with sighning bonuses. All the overtime your heart desires.

Cons

Dispatch can get overwhelmed and forget the drivers have a life outside of work. The health insurance was not good.

Still trying to find a reason.

Cons

Lower pay than competitors, low job security, zero communication, no day planning, no standard work process, it's like every man for himself. The management here is very vindictive and a retaliation style of operation. They care more about witch hunting than getting the job done, Frequent shift reassignments with no regard to seniority and back filled spots with new employees. Very high turn over rate.
