Fair treatment for those who are willing to work

Cons

Having to deal with the millennials that are hired. They feel they are entitled to everything and in the off chance they do what they are supposed to do, they feel they need a raise.

Pros

Not much from management when owner op don't want to pay you. Due the truck breaking down and you want off. Management will not get involved they say it's between you and owner. Very bad this goes right to the top. XPO DON'T GET INVOLVED UNLESS WHEN YOU SUE THEM AND TRUCK OWNER/OP FOR NOT PAYING MONEY OWED FOR MILES/WORK DONE. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT STAY AWAY. THAT'S THE GOOD SIDE

Cons

Even worse than I thought made less money on 1099 than running east 2 west and paying taxes,sorry I spent a ton of money making the move. Also not much work for drivers can sit awhile. GOOD LUCK
