Flexible Schedules and no micromanaging

Cons

No merit increases. low pay. No opportunity for advancement unless you're a professional butt kisser. This is regardless of education or experience. Hard work gets rewarded with more work.

Pros

Paycheck is all that's left at x Conway , everything else has been taken away over the years including retirement

Cons

Local management won't stand up for its own people. Let's an HR personal from another city terminate on the fly. Constant intimidation thru drive cam system that was only suppose to be a coaching tool . Be aware they will fire now without a solid and clear policy in place to explain it. If your a 20 plus year guy , the mark is on your back
