Pros

The pay is pretty decent due to mandatory overtime but the work isn't for everyone. If you're comfortable standing 10+hrs this job is for you.

Cons

Standing 10+hrs and mandatory overtime is a bit much. There's no 8hr days and working 50+hrs a week isn't good for effeciency.

Pros

A great place to start out for new drivers. They are very helpful if you have any issues at home or out on the road. You can also highlight and take your time off anywhere in the country that you want

Cons

XPO bought Con-way Truckload and took away some of the benefits that we had. The company doesn't seem to have the "family" feel that it used to have, but it is way better than most companies out there.
