Pros

4 days of work (stressful) then 4 days off (to forget about it and relax). Always know in advance what days you are working, as 4 day pattern repeats. Long shifts of 12 hours, 6pm - 6am or 6am - 6pm. Lots to learn which makes them/you want to stay. Night shift and day shift available, running every single day apart from Christmas Day. Opportunity to develop language skills as most colleagues are from across Europe. Team comraiderie and spirit.

Cons

Management targets are high, money is their motive, sometimes (often) forgetting that staff are human. However I think this is the same with most jobs that it depends what location you are with which management team. The money is pretty much minimum wage, and should be more for the amount of work/ responsibility/ pressure.
