Pros

A business which is continually changing and adapting to customer demands which enables individuals to develop and grow. Good support network with all levels willing to help and support you whilst you grow. I haven't regretted moving to XPO from other logistics sectors.

Cons

The fast pace and dynamic adaptive thinking required is not to everyone's liking.

Pros

There's quite a few pro's working for XPO. Everything from the benefits to PTO, but I think the biggest pro is the people. I work with some of the best individuals whether they are in my department or elsewhere in the organization.

Cons

XPO is still maturing and is in its adolescence. This effects process and an understanding of everyone's roles around you which can get quite challenging at times.

Pros

Management in IT was excellent and it was clear that they were interested in staying up to date with industry best practices while also taking their employees feelings into account. Little required overtime for this type of position. Dr. on-site

Cons

Benefits were lacking if you needed to use a Dr other than the one on-site.
