The only PRO is if you do not like to spend time with your family or have no self respect, they will treat you like a slave and keep you in the field and steal money from you.
Cons
Providing services for XPO was the worst experience of my life. The management are all shady and will lie about anything and talk down to their contractors. I traveled across the entire east coast, but it was never enough. They under pay by a considerable amount in the industry and expect a 2 person team to work 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Not to mention while on side at customers houses they will call over and over. Communication is terrible, because 3 different people will call for the same thing. The warehouse workers are all lazy and ignorant and it takes hours to pick up a single piece of equipment. DO NOT WORK FOR XPO, THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES THAT TREAT YOU BETTER AND PAY MUCH BETTER.
