I would proudly say XPO Logistics is best place to work. Facility and set up in mumbai is just amazing. They care employees. They values employee. They believe to become best place they have to value employee. Drop facility and Office set up and most important in they have adopted latest technology and they keep updating it as per trend. Work from home policy is amazing. Five star for canteen facility. Food is amazing. Lunch and Dinner id free from organization depend upon shifts. Pick and Drop facility is ok. Seniors are very respectful and care their colleagues. Annual functions, compensation facility is realy nice. Lot of opportunities they offered me in just 6 months of working period. HR department is friendly and supportive.

US shifts are there but depend on which department you are working .
