unorganized and lazy management who will consistently hound you to speed up, no matter how fast you are and how dangerous it is to not take into consideration that forklifts can kill people easily. All they want is those numbers on the paper and could care less about us. Co-workers are ultra bitter daily and will down right curse you out for getting in the way for even a second. Its a joke.

As with any other company, you get your fair share of deadbeats and lazy coworkers. The XPO buyout promises more accountability and weeding out the bad hires. A definite trend away from promoting from within, and moving toward hiring from outside the industry, especially degree holding young people.
