Pros

Good software helps a lot when working. Office is OK. Good training. Office is OK, Hours are OK as well.

Cons

Very competitive industry, unprofessional management. Their prices are too high so it is hard to sell. They ask you to sell value, but customers only care about moving their freight.

Benefits, Pay, Great employees, good equipment.

Cons

Long hours in summer, short hours in the winter. Micromanaging. Have to move to a new area of the country to advance to management.

Most of the people there are good to work with, the pay is competitive with the industry standard. The equipment is newer.

Cons

Bad shop, very difficult to get time off of work. Home / work balance is poor. New owners don't know how to run a ltl operation
