Pros

Paid weekly, and earn 2.35 hours or PTO every week your first yr plus get some floater holidays.

Cons

No room to advance unless your lazy and friends with one of the managers. I had noticed alot of people being promoted to Team Leaders but never was there any postings saying they were hiring for that. When I asked my supervisor about it and howe I could apply,I was told Im to good of a picker that they can't afford to loss me as a picker. So being a hard worker doesn't pay off with this company. Very unorganized warehouse and unsafe. There were more locations with damage product than good product and everything damaged was from unexperienced forklift drivers who didn't care because management didn't care. Overtime was ridiculous. Last year around Christmas time we had to work 12 hours shifts 6 to 7 days a week. They told us you guys don't have a end time you go home when we let you go home, even though our schedulesite said we had a end time.

Pros

XPO acquired Con-way/ Menlo - I loved the environment at prior to acquisition. Unfortunately, I cant think a positive comment for XPO or its senior management

Cons

I was fortunate enough to leave the company under my own power. I wasn't even looking but glad I was recruited. Most folks left that could. XPO Senior management does not trust anyone. They try to force people to stay with non-competes, scare them to not leave by doing forensics on their computer, track messages and enforce any legal action they can. On social media they try to make things look like its a great company but they are pushing people to post things. The things I saw and stories folks tell me are almost unbelievable. I recommend if you are looking to join the team reach out to some employees outside of leadership and get their opinion.
