You can make good money

in Logistics even when you are off you are never off of work, even while on vacation. What really bothered me was how important it was to always make high margin, even if we had to take advantage of the carriers. Not paying TONU's, layovers etc. Because it would effect how much we would not make. Or if it was a load we broke even on, or was losing money. I guess that is just how it is in the freight world.

Pros

Was able to leave a little early if I got all my work done and not needed anywhere else.

Cons

Management was unqualified and unprofessional to say the least. Supervisors trying to get us to do illegal work procedures. Management making sexiest remarks to female employees. HR is unstable and has a revolving door for their employees so you don't feel comfortable filing a compliant and voice concerns and not knowing who to talk too.
