      Pros

      I started at Warrington for Iceland and XPo 6 months ago and I am so glad I made the move. I was not even looking when Katy from Hr recruitment called me bout a new job. It’s fast paced and management really put trust in you to do a good job

      a better pension contribution would help

      New to the business, still learning more on XPO

      Pros

      I have found the team to be welcoming and approachable, even the senior management team. They are very open to be challenged and will provide answers and support where they can. A more relaxed approach than my former employer. XPO appear eager to succeed in all the they do which will have it's challenges but can also help us succeed further as a site.

      Cons

      Some of the processes have a lot less of a digital approach than my former employer and some of the team feel it's a step backwards. However, the reasons were recently explained and I feel that things are being done to he develop this in the future.
