Pros

work schedule is flexible and can be changed on just a day's notice compensation for exempt workforce is better than average

Cons

No raises and annual reviews. No communication from top down. Either it does not exist or stops at a certain level. Managers are in positions that they should not be

Pros

Some of the people who worked there were great people. SOME. Great place to spin your wheels and go absolutely nowhere with your career. Leaving this company was the greatest decision I have ever made.

Cons

Not going to waste my time making a list so I will only write a few. Team leads will fire you then take your accounts for themselves after you have worked hard to get them. You must make 100 calls every day and if you only make 99 they will tear you apart. You make empty promises to every customer you acquire and will maybe, MAYBE cover 1 out of every 10 loads or opportunities you get. This place is a classic hire fresh out of college graduates, pay them next to nothing, work them until they are burnt out, then fire them after 6 months if that. Any of the positive reviews on here are the select few people who got lucky because accounts were handed to them so now they are making decent money. Don't ever expect to get promoted at this company. POS

Pros

My coworkers were great. There are a lot of helpful people on the bottom level that would like to see you succeed.

Cons

Management is not very present. The Chicago branch president is also the COO and is in the office maybe once every three months. They expect you to generate your own leads, but not during work hours. The leads you will be supplied are the worst in the business (out of business 10+ years, doctors offices, bakeries, personal lines etc)
