Pros

Overall XPO is a great company. CEO is very involved as a leader. Mario leaders by example and the moral with him leading the company has been excellent.

Cons

The company is not the problem the channel leader is what is lacking. It's difficult when working for a leader who disparages his predecessor. The insinuation that his predecessor was demoted to local VP for doing a terrible job is often repeated to numerous representatives. The negativity within the channel is currently at its peak, with many people hesitant to voice their opinions. Most of the reps feel he has not contribute to the channel success but seems to get the credit for it. He has bad mouthed multiple executive leader's. Since the new VP of the channel took over, we've only had one quarterly review in over a year. The morale was significantly higher compared to the current indifferent leadership that appears too busy responding to emails, hold channel meetings and being part of the little things that lead to big successes. Discussing who may be up for termination and the reasons why some individuals were let go is incredibly unprofessional for a high-ranking leader. The overall way he speaks about people makes it a very hostile work environment. True leaders lead and do not talk to coworkers about what others are not doing. As a leader at his level you would think he would be more involved to improving success for the ones lacking. Not speaking down on people. Exhibits clear "favoritism" towards certain representatives he communicates with or makes calls alongside. This is particularly true if you're part of his chosen group. He promises promotions to people months in advanced before the positions are posted and makes it happen. Consequently, the atmosphere has become toxic, and representatives are warned to steer clear of specific colleagues. This creates a fear that if you converse with someone he dislikes, you may be singled out.
