I've been with XPO 16yrs. Great pay. Excellent Benefits. Communication updates are consistent. Giving current employees job opportunities 1st has changed within the past yr. Brad Jacobs, CEO is very approachable and willing to listen to suggestions. Diversity is extremely important to XPO. No one is excluded.

Cons

XPO does speak about family and the importance of time with family. Salaried employees work VERY long hrs. Absolutely No time for family. Especially with kids being home schooled. Single Moms & Dads have it the worst. I can speak for the FOS in the LTL division .
