Benefits are above plans of other employers. Pay is also above others in this area.

Cons

Senior Management is poor. Different focus every week, nothing is sustainable. District Managers are inexperienced and it shows, and the Safety Department is is a joke. Work balance does not exist.

Great to start out your career to learn the trucking industry. Lots of work, always busy and need to be on your toes. Always learning new things

Cons

Work can be stressful, and theres lots of pressure to perform

insurance, pto, not much else

Cons

rush, rush, not paid for waiting time at dispatch, finish your route, got hours to work the dock is waiting for you, poor equipment, short of forklifts, no spare parts, poor training, safety guidelines out the window, just get the job done, very anti union
