-Steady work -Fair pay (should be more for FOS) -Great benefits

-Pretty poor work/life balance as an FOS, expected to work more hours even if your work is done (dependent on location), this is expected in this type of business though -Pay needs to be better for FOS -Need better training, more hands on instead of death by PowerPoint training
