Pros

Weekly paycheck, medical benefits are competitive, Paid Time Off (PTO), pay is competitive for managers (but huge pay inequality for Supervisors who often are compensated less than the employees they manage).

Cons

Extremely toxic corporate environment. Senior mangement talks of servant leadership but actually gives orders, everyone else is expected to follow them. Everyone, in any position, is replaceable. Extremely long hours with little support for middle managers. Metric Goals are often unrealistic as they are reduced by 3-6% yearly. P&L statements were released monthly instead of daily or weekly. Common to hear tenure managers at the class 1 through operations managers position leaving the company monthly. There is an experience drain occurring right now, as the experience managers are leaving the company for better opportunities and better environment. Most no longer agree with the direction the company is taking, and promotions from within are almost non-existant. Current LTL president would rather hire from outside than promote within to save on moving cost, and the higher salaries. It is much cheaper to hire someone from outside the company than to promote within, but these new hires lack the experience, knowledge of the corporate culture and willingness to learn the jobs of those whom they lead. This creates ineffective leaders, poor mentors, and anger among the salaried staff as promotions from within are becoming very rare.

Pros

Great co-workers: smart, dedicated, casual, funny. Lots of opportunity to move in organization.

Cons

Executive mindset is to transition from an old-school trucking/logistics company that does IT well, to a technology company specializing in logistics s/w. It's a big ask. Communication of company direction and vision from executives down and out to outlying offices (read: acquisitions) is beyond poor.

Pros

Good insurance , no positives for this division

Cons

Treat hourly employees very well, if you are in management beware, you will be bullied and made to feel horrible, long days, unappreciated, don't expect to make it a career, pay is way below market value for employees, this company is only about the bottom dollar. You as a person should stay away!!!!
