Pros

Competitive pay, affordable insurance. I don't have any other pros I just have to have a twenty word minimum

Cons

Zero work life balabce, no annual reviews, too much turn over in upper management, lack of structure, chaotic, no formal training for new processes implementation, zero support from HR and IT.

Pros

It is fast pace but they expect you you to give up you life and soul for the company. Highly driven, but at the expense of ineffective internal competition between divisions.

Cons

No quality of life. No respect for human dignity. The company mission is to keep all employees insecure and fearful of losing their jobs. It is business at any expense - ruthless.

Pros

Some of the most gracious and egoless co-workers. Management is receptive to suggestions.

Cons

Stuck in the early 2000s. Zero choice of developer tools. Development occurs on Windows machines but gets deployed to *nix servers. Overly complicated and out dated tech stack. Even the most ardent developer gets slowed down by the tangled build and deploy process. Still uses CVS.
