Pros

It's an old school style company. Very "Traditional"

Cons

Really bad benefits. Expensive healthcare, No 401k match until your first full year (If you last that long). Long Hours average about 60 hours a week. No bonus if you work on certain teams. Very short staffed in every department which cause you to work the long hours stated above. Environment is very cut throat and toxic if you have the wrong manager. Announced they would sell a majority business units. The morale is almost non-existent on the teams globally. Though the shareholders are happy I guess. People are leaving and they are not backfilling. No loyalty for those who have worked there for many years after they acquired from Conway. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. No real culture here. People come to work and go home. You aren't really a "team" there is alot of politics and "us vs them"

Pros

It has a good compensation package.

Cons

The company is too quick to lay off workers (with no prior notice) when its bottom line is low. Since its purchase of Con-way in late 2015, in its efforts to streamline, it has taken the company much too lean.

Pros

Not worth mentioning at all.

Cons

Unprofessionalism and incompetence from top to bottom. Facilities are DIRTY and hazmat spills go in the trashcans because it’s cheaper than calling it in. No regard for safety so if you’re on the floor better have life insurance. If the corporate office shuts down operations your PTO will be deducted anyways if you’re salary or you can go in on your day off and deep clean while upper management sends you orders from home. HR is a joke. False promises of bonuses to keep people from leaving during the winter. Last but not least be prepared to be micromanaged by people who don’t even know how to do your job. Nobody here is happy and are stuck because they stayed too long.
