Pros

I have a job for which I thank God for not XPO.

Cons

Where I work Management doesn't care about its employees we are told he has an open door policy but if you ever step into his office he acts like you are disturbing him and he always treats you like you are stupid and this is kind of hard to take especially seeing as I am a lot older than him and he can't even treat me with respect. We work under staffed all the time because our managers bonus goes down if he hires people to replace the ones that have left the department whether it be under their own will or if they were fired. Not proud to work here anymore ashamed to tell anyone where I work. To me this is very sad out of all of my years of being in the work force 51 years total this is the first place I have been ashamed of.

Pros

Decent base compensation and flexible work schedule.

Cons

One of, if not the worst job experience in my career. Empty promises made, multiple poorly handled reorganizations. Much of management is from across the country and has zero concern for their employees. Co workers were degrading and condescending. I would not recommend anyone to go to work here unless you want your career track completely derailed.

Pros

Nice people, good office location (Boston)

Cons

Recruiters tell you lots about the company that aren't acurate. Not sure how to get a raise since there are never conversations about goals, performance or feedback on how your doing. In my particular department they are using probably 97% contract developers and letting the contractors mgmt make planning decisions (turning into a sweatshop). Management doesn't let you do your job, constantly over riding everyone. Only worried about schedule not quality of code, not maintaining their system will prove to be a disaster. Lots of Glassdoor reviews since Jan 2018, because mgmt told everyone to put in a review, be cautious.
