      Pros

      Slightly above market pay, pretty office, and my Coworkers are great. Whatever company I go to next will feel like a walk in the park, comparatively.

      Cons

      Hours, and it’s not just ‘busy season’ it’s always busy, long hours with no breaks. I feel like a frog in warm water, slowly being boiled.

      Good peers and a good customer

      Cons

      No respect for your experience or your skills, constant MICROMANAGEMENT from SVP, VP, Directors... Lots of lip service to continuous improvement, but if your suggestion doesn't mirror your boss's boss's boss's ideas, it's unwelcome. Total "Not Invented Here" resistance. Ask for help, you're "being a victim." Expected to be on call 24/7/365, no illusion of work/life balance, XPO is more important than your kids or your spouse or your health. One year in, have had no time off, had to stay home one day due to being too ill to drive, expected to be on laptop responding to email within 20-30 minutes or get angry IM's.
