As a current and content employed at XPRIZE I want to respond to whomever has penned a clearly vindictive assault on the XPRIZE organization. All organizations have issues, some more than others, it is my experience in working at XPRIZE that there are a few individuals who have an axe to grind by posting vindictive statements. I am not on the leadership team and I do not have an agenda, I'm a Staff employee who can no longer sit back while my colleagues are wrongly being admonished. A sign of a healthy organization is one that continually evaluates their business, scales accordingly and if this is what disgruntled employees are unhappy with then this clearly is not the right environment for them. I am not alone when I say that we at XPRIZE are on a positive path and our leadership team is dedicated to constantly improving and supporting our mission and the staff. For anyone who has an interest in working with a team of dedicated, passionate and all-around a great group of folks apply and interview and see for yourself that XPRIZE is an awesome place to be.
