      Timelines on deliverables are aggressive - it's a startup that will get things done quickly.

      Pros

      Genuinely dynamic and fast moving, with an honest and open culture. Not my first time at a rapid-paced business, but XYB has thoroughly delivered. There's loads going on, an amazing set of products at the technological bleeding edge, huge enthusiasm from a great team, and real direction from leadership. Excellent.
