      Pros

      From your orientation you can see the investment and support the company has for its employees. The encouragement and positive approach they have on training is no wonder they have good reviews. The perks and benefits, while I've never been one to have that be a deciding factor in a business, are amazing. I'm blessed to have been brought on and am excited to continue my career with them.
