- Nepotism. Nepotism. Nepotism. Deals are openly, unfairly, given to certain reps despite the company having the tools in place to fight that very thing
- Micromanagement. They tout that Salesforce is the record of truth, but then micromanage every stage and don't really leverage the intel within Salesforce
- Good people, but recent promotions were unwarranted / lack of leadership
- For the most part good people, some were outward bullies
- Hope would be they're now actually using their flagship product, as it was not being used by the sales team for years (nor was used in the time of departure)
- Sellers beware - great network of friends and colleagues made (at least use to be), but there are very little opportunities for career growth
