Flexibility, remote stipend, culture, facilities, tech, growth, career advancement opportunities, recognition. If you are flexible and understand the speed of corporate growth these days, then you will be part of the solution and will have a lot of fun. This is a place where your creative ideas will get heard and used if they make sense for the business. If they are not a good fit, don't let your feelings get hurt, just get on board and be part of the ride! This is a very fun place to work with lots of opportunities for growth and recognition. The pay is competitive to the market and they practice what they preach. After all, the company is built on an incentification model for comp based employees as well as non-comp employees.
