      Pros

      - Great Culture - Friendly Coworkers - Direct Management is very supportive Overall the company is great and I really enjoy my time here, everyone is supportive and we all work together and it's never felt like people were against you.

      Cons

      - The work itself became very boring Not much too say on cons besides possibly the pay but for my first professional job it wasn't something I was upset about but maybe others might dislike the pay.
