On the topic of "awesome opportunities and growth" -- In Q3 of this year we had approximately 160 job transfers, relocations, and advancement opportunities, combined. We expect to see 60+ job promotions and transfers by the end of our current quarter and nearly 20% of our openings are filled internally.
