      Pros

      Overall, company does take care of you. Benefits are good, company is flexible with work/life. Very progressive and accommodating. Leadership is honest and reasonable to deal with. Lots of volunteer and community building opportunities.

      Cons

      Can't speak for other areas of the business - the Professional Services group is a tough spot to be in. Leadership is happy to listen, unwilling to make any positive changes. There's been a huge brain drain in the last few years where they've been unable to retain excellent talent because they don't have a plan. Most people in this department are actively looking to leave, but because they will hit their numbers - no changes will be made in management
