Business Outlook
Pros
The company as a whole is constantly working to improve the employee experience. I do believe that they want the best for their employees.
Cons
Specific departments tend to ignore the needs of their teams. PS specifically ignores attrition and specific actionable complaints. In my opinion, they have the potential to be great, but other companies can pay more. and offer similar cultural benefits. Losing valuable team members hurts to watch and only encourages those at the company to look for greener pastures.
