I have been working at Xactly for the past three years - the first two interning during the summer while I was attending college and this past year working remotely part time. I kept coming back as everyone here from HR, C-Level Execs, my manager, and my coworkers have been so helpful, actually advocate for your professional growth, and care about you on a personal level. Laura Carman on the recruiting team does an amazing job of going above and beyond her responsibilities by checking in regularly and making sure everything is going well. I have had access to speak with C-level execs at Xactly and learn from them which is something I never thought I would have access to as an Intern. I worked on the Business Development and Alliances team which I can't say one bad word about. Everyone on the team truly cares about each other and our group success. Even during COVID, they made it clear that they would be there to help anyone out if they were going through anything personal and are very understanding with everyone's varying circumstances. Highly recommend working here!!

The recruiting team was very professional, personable, and transparent throughout the interview process. The communication received was the best communication I have experienced when interviewing for jobs with various companies. The onboarding process was seamless and everything was set up before day 1. In addition, the culture and people in this organization is unmatched. Our executives take great pride in our company culture as does all of our employees. My management truly cares and they help support my goals, objectives, and future career path.
