This company is in growth mode with the recent expansion into several new international locations including LATAM, France, Germany, and the Netherlands --- All this while maintaining a strong presence in India, the US, Australia, and Canada. The company recently DOUBLED the 401K match (US and Canada). The company also received top marks in its first-ever global employee engagement survey and continues to win premier awards including Top/Best Places to work awards. In Feb 2020 Xactly was named a Leader by Gartner Inc. in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Sales Performance Management (SPM). This is the seventh consecutive time that Xactly has been recognized. Gartner recognized Xactly for completeness of vision and ability to execute. The opportunity to learn and develop new skills is strong at Xactly. A large number of corporate learning programs are in place for both individual contributors and people managers. The culture is built on a set of core values (CARE) . Investment in the community (volunteer work) is among the highest I've seen in my career.

Cons

Growth sometimes means "growing pains". If you enjoy challenges and learning new things, however, Xactly is an excellent choice.
