1. Company is very nice 2. People who are working in other Geographic Locations(SJ, Denver, etc) are getting proper visibility. 3. Positive Attitude by newly appointed MD in India Office(which is the only factor people still thinks to stay)

Cons

1. Arrogant and weird behavior by Admin Team who thinks as next MD for India Office. (Admin is quite busy with personal life inside the office premises) 2. Pathetic peer label managers who don't know how to manage the team and motivate the people working under them. 3. Workload has been increased a lot in bottom label resources. 4. Resources are not sure about their next goal and target to reach.

~ Best to work for, as work-life balance is amazing with flexible working hours and work from home option. ~ Kitchen is always stacked with snacks and fruits ~ Best health insurance option with additional OPD reimbursements. ~ The employee's growth is considered to be in line with the company's growth ~ The company uses the best available technical stack to make the best products ~ Opportunities for the employees to re-skill and/or up-skill ~ Open management both locally and globally ~ Very supportive HR, Finance, IT and Admin staff
