      Pros

      If you work hard and actively participate in your team and the overall culture you will have success and love working here! Sales reps are given the tools and the support to meet and exceed their goals. They are given a great product and a supportive but competitive environment in which to succeed. This is one of the few companies I've been at where there is a true open door policy. Our CEO and other Executives are incredibly accessible - through regularly scheduled events and impromptu meetings - and will always take an interest in your feedback and experience. It is a two way street however and it sometimes requires employees to reach out and participate themselves. This is where some people have issues because they don't put themselves out there. The culture is a team first one with a strong focus on our community outreach and involvement. It is truly a huge part of who we are and that will never change. Our employees are so generous with their time and resources. No matter what, it is a meritocracy and requires sales reps to perform. There's a lot here to love but it all starts with personal performance and the drive to succeed. If you work hard and are motivated to take advantage of what the company offers and the culture it provides, you will love it.

      Cons

      As with any sales driven company, there will be sales reps who succeed and those that don't. The key is to take advantage of the tools and support provided in order to put you in the best position to succeed. Some won't and a lot of times it's not because of the territory given or the managers playing favorites or the perceived exclusive culture. A lot of the time, the ex-reps that are the loudest complainers are the reps who didn't take advantage of the team and couldn't make it happen. It got too hard for them and when that happens, no company can provide everything they want, short of a guaranteed 100% of their quota. So I guess the Con is we can't guarantee all will succeed but no sales team can or should.

      Unlimited work from home day, co workers are not co workers. They are friends, they are family.

      Where do I begin from? I keep seeing people say "work life balance is good" on glassdoor. I bet a 1000 bucks that they are not from Toronto. If you are a consultant in Toronto, or consultant from any other office - "Work life balance" is something that is non- existent. I shouldn't talk for others, but at least I haven't had a proper good night's sleep in months now. Soooo much pressure, and micro management. Either hire more people, or cut us some slack. Benefits in Toronto - HORRIBLE. We keep seeing people posting photos of themselves having fun, or having a corporate events, or having unlimited vacation days. I bet a 1000 bucks again they are not from Toronto. Consultants (or project managers) don't have the privilege to have fun considering the amount of work load we have. The least we can expect is more vacation days
