      has been the best decision i have made joining xactly... the culture is amazing, management is hands on and really cares about development, the product actually solves a business need.... seriously i cannot say any more amazing things about xactly.

      Pros

      The best part of Xactly are the incredible people. Most people will go out of the way to help you. The pay is pretty good as well.

      Cons

      Long hours. While there is a lot of pressure to work more and more hours, there is no additional incentive to put in those hours. Management is a hit or miss depending on who you speak to. Middle management is pretty good, upper management just cares about numbers.

      Pros

      This is a every good company to work with lot of potential for professional growth. People with real working skills stay longer and and others leave sooner. If managers are happy with your work they would encourage you. Managers here are very matured enough to identify and differentiate the black cats who want to spend time and who are real contributors. I saw many employees who go out and come back to work with xactly because of the company's work culture. Realistic Timelines given by Engineers are always respected. Unrealistic timelines are always questioned. A great product suite built by great minds.

      Cons

      Be strict on recruiting. There are some who sneaked in and since they do not have good skills they are destroying the morale of the team.
