Startup Culture, small group of employees in Bengaluru which makes you to know each employee by name and their personal preferences. Policies are good for employees if they are willing to stay longer. Flexible work hours and great respect for women and diversity.
Cons
Leadership in QA needs to mature. They act like puppets to US seniors. US members would like to have more control than giving it to India team to lead. Adhoc process followed in the name of agile. Stand-up goes longer and longer. No proper planning. Always misses on deadlines because of hot fixes which in-turn causes issues in quality. Visionary leaders left company within short duration because of not being given flexibility in making decisions and US team wants to have more control. Lot of role mismatches. Manual testing happens more than required. No or zero appreciation for new joiners than it goes more to old timers.
