      Pros

      Very good at recognizing and retaining good people. Doesn't matter the position you start at, if you come in and are a valuable employee, moving around the company to the job that makes the most sense is much easier than other companies this size. Executives for the most part are willing to recognize areas the company could do better at and will work to address them.

      Cons

      Only downside is corporate office is in San Jose and certain jobs will require you to live there. Would be better if they had more of an east coast presence.

      Pros

      Xactly takes great care in cultivating and maintaining a wonderful culture and environment for their employees. I was given great opportunities to grow, learn, and advance my career through personal development tracks every quarter (certifications, educational courses, tuition reimbursement). Teambuilding is an important part of the culture here, and there are numerous opportunities to share experiences with other departments and employees.

      Cons

      No major cons. Occasional moments of lack of communication among staff, but never any major negatives.

      A few can earn a lot, exposure to the best cross section of high performing sales practices/training, well defined sales process, strong enterprise product portfolio/pipeline

      Cons

      Meritocracy to a fault, under-utilized talent, reactive management, over-emphasis on value millennial office culture over opportunities for career advancement
