      Pros

      In 2016, I had the opportunity to transfer from one department to another with ease. Executive staff and leadership were so accommodating and helpful during the transition to a new environment/location. Excited to continue my journey as an Xactlian.

      Pros

      Clear and steady vision, vibrant culture, diverse employee base, customer focused, and a strong team oriented environment that believes that every individual can make a difference.

      Cons

      Nothing negative or significant, however a few of the benefits, (401k match), could be a bit more competitive.
