Culture is dynamic. People are welcoming. SaaS is the future so it's great to be at a company that is totally committed to SaaS. Flexible schedule is very supportive of women and men.

Cons

Open office can be noisy at times but good for collaboration. Sales culture can be too focused on deals at any price sometimes.

Cons

Hard to get started - No name tags on cubes - Little Clicks that are hard to penetrate While the vast majority of employees are top drawer, there are some people that are coasting and not held accountable.
