In late June of 2016 Xactly was Named No. 1 Mid-Size Workplace by Bay Area News Group, this is the fourth time on the list, however the first time #1. I have been at Xactly for over three years now and have grown with the company and love the people I work with everyday.
The talent, and leadership at Xactly is some of the best in the Bay Area and leadership truly cares about the employee and most importantly the customer. I have had the opportunity to work for a number of fantastic startups some with solid exits, Xactly's strategy and ability to keep employees happy and put them first is by far the best in the Bay.
If you live in the South Bay or even the City, it’s worth giving Xactly a shot. You may just find your new home. One of the most impressive things about Xactly is our ability to continue to keep our culture post IPO. The TEAM environment here is amazing, everyone is willing to work together for a common goal.
The product is the best in our industry, and I'm proud to offer it to my projects and customers. All software companies struggle through growing pains and will have issues with customers, not all will go the extra mile to make sure they make it right, Xactly is that company. We stand behind our offering and often go above and beyond what is called for to make sure the customer is put first.
Cons
All growing companies may struggle with change, any cons Xactly has are fixable, most of which leadership has already identified and are working with the team and middle management to make sure the company continues to improve.
