      Pros

      Culture - This is a huge part of the company. There is a proactive, collaborative work environment that allows employees to work cross-functionally. Work/life balance - Everyone knows that they need to get their job done and be accountable for the work performed. The company does a good job of allowing individuals and team managers to work together to determine how that will get done.

      Pros

      I have been working as a software engineer in Xactly for last 2.5 years. It is a great place to work with good set of people and latest technologies. It gives you good work life balance. Company gives equal importance to person's attitude and his technical knowledge. So having good technical knowledge is not enough for clearing the interviews.

      Cons

      Nothing major to mention. Maintain the good work environment.
