Pros
Management is phenomenal, very easy going, but they love to hit their number, so if you're doing your job and contributing, you have nothing to worry about. There's always room to grow, they have been known to even create positions for people in several different instances. And yes, the compensation is great; they truly set you up for success here. And let's talk about the CULTURE! It honestly doesn't get any better, one of the reasons I might retire with Xactly if possible. The people are fantastic, it's unbelievable to work in Denver with 80+ people that you love and quickly become close friends with. I know the people in our other offices feel the same. Our executive team is outstanding, seriously, they are the most involved, helpful people you could ever wish to have leading you. We have a keg in the office, free fruit, snacks, drinks, and we have quite a few outings together paid for by the company. Benefits are also really great! I know all of this may sound too good to be true, but honestly, there isn't any other place like Xactly.
Cons
There aren't really any cons, but to salespeople looking to apply who have maybe heard of people leaving or being let go and are concerned, you shouldn't be concerned if you work hard. Yes, Xactly is an amazing company to work for, but that doesn't mean your job is easy. I've seen people with a lot of past tech experience fail, and I've seen people with zero past tech experience become top reps. Work hard, soak up all the knowledge they feed you, challenge your prospects, and you will succeed.
