There is so much to say about why Xactly is an amazing place to work.
1) The people. When I interviewed and asked everyone what their favorite part was the answer was always the same "the people here". Everyone on every level is available to help you learn, overcome challenges, and succeed. You learn within days that your colleagues and management are accessible and truly want you to succeed.
2) Your treated like an adult. Xactly fosters an environment that allows for people with different works styles. You have help and support and exceptional training available to you - but you are also given the space to develop your own style.
3) The culture - there is an amazing work hard, play hard mentality. Every day is fun. Management builds in activities around team bonding and motivation. And, although so fun, there is the expectation to be professional, knowledgable in your area, and achieve your goals.
There is so much more to say about the product, the community service opportunities, the chance to grow--upward mobility... Being someone who has avoided traditional office jobs for a while (working for infant stage start-ups and being a contractor), I could not have asked for a better team and culture to transition me to a corporate environment. I cant even lie about the fact that I enjoy going to work every single day. Seriously : )
