- The best culture inside and outside the office. Even our clients "enjoy" working with us - Solid product with specialised knowledge, we are the trusted advisor - The benefits are fantastic, but not "just" the core benefits. Ad-hoc things that drive performance, gamification and healthy competition - Solid, approachable leadership. I can walk our CEO Chris or our EMEA MD in to any of my meetings - I really believe that the entire workforce take pride in adhering to our company values C.A.R.E and we strive to meet them every day, on and off the court - International reach both with clients and partners, we could just take over the world ;-) - A real feeling of team culture across the entire organisation

Cons

Everybody wants to work with us and we just can't accommodate everybody.

- Great work/life balance - Strong leadership top to bottom - Great product. It's exciting to be part of a product that people actually love using - Xactly is a leader in their space

So far none yet but no company is perfect :)

Pros

The people are helpful and co-operative! Everybody was ready to help me out when I first started, and the company grows day by day. Extremely flexible work hours and policies, and are very considerate. Mr. Chris and Mr. Satish have done a wonderful job! Amazing amenities, the company volunteers a ton and also has very fun activites and outings quite often.

Cons

Nothing really, except quite hard to get in. Focus on your interviews!
