      Pros

      Xactly is probably the best company I've worked for with a brilliant solution, great leadership with a clarity of vision and direction. Being in the world of compensation they understand what motivates staff and how to incentivise and recognise good work. The product is excellent and comfortably the best ICM solution on the market with industry leading renewal rates meaning you can engage with customers with confidence.

      Cons

      Hard to think of many. Possibly needs to work better with partners as the solution should certainly have greater visibility.

      No "Team" in teamwork

      Pros

      Good engineers with can do attitude. Generally enthusiastic people (sales, marketing). Good customer support team.

      Cons

      Lonely place to work, people very unwilling to answer questions to help (esp in product management, a lot of attitude). You need to love beer, baseball, gaming to have some sort of a common ground with most people at company. Predefined notions of folks hard to change esp in senior management.
