      Pros

      New location in downtown San Jose complete with kitchen and an area to eat with friends; Competitive medical/dental plans, vacation/sick time is very accommodating; Top performers are treated as such w.r.t. compensation; One-week, on-site boot camp plus company-paid add-on training; Tuition reimbursement & president's club are amazing

      Cons

      Some of the customer-facing teams are very inexperienced; Vertical movement is restricted unless you are based out of the home office in San Jose

      Pros

      Great management team. Senior leadership has great vision and very approachable. Product is a leader in it's space. Energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work everyday. If you work hard you are rewarded and recognized fairly. Great downtown SJ location.

      Cons

      Work-life balance could have been better. As a company that is rapidly growing, this somewhat is expected. Confident this will improve as the company scales.

      Pros

      Great executive team. Everyone says they have an open door policy - these guys really mean it. Xactly is the leader in the ICM space and it's great to work for the winning team. There's a healthy sense of work/life balance here and the company gives back to the community and people in need with fundraising and other philanthropic events. For a company of this size, there's still a start up feel. There are always fun events to celebrate holidays and other important days.

      Cons

      Some employees are brought in on prior relationships or friendships from older, dinosaur age companies. I believe that Xactly could be better if they broke outside of personal relationships and hired innovative, unconventional thinkers for key roles. Also, the Sales team is a bit segregated and lacks a true team feel at the moment. There is improvement in sight.
