WLB is not what it used to be. Have introduced new processes company-wide as part of Scaled Agile, which has diverted focus from actual work to processes. Everyone is running to follow a process rather than doing actual work. This has increased pressure on engineers to get things done within a limited time without having proper technical planning or knowledge. Team collaboration has dropped significantly as everyone is in a hurry to somehow finish their overloaded tasks.
